Loxely Commons is a thoughtfully designed rental community coming to the heart of Sherwood Park. Inspired by the traditions and character of the area, it offers warm, timeless interiors, community-focused amenities, and a connected way of living beside the places people already know and love.
This location has long been part of Sherwood Park’s civic centre; close to shops, services, trails, and daily routines. Loxely Commons is designed to complement the neighbourhood, creating homes that feel familiar, grounded, and naturally woven into the community’s existing rhythm.
The project is being led by Royop Development. While Sherwood Park Mall is adjacent to the site and managed by Royop, its team is not responsible for the development itself. They can, however, connect you directly with our residential and development teams if you have questions.
Our goal is to support what already makes Sherwood Park special. Loxely Commons will bring new neighbours who shop locally, use nearby trails, and share in the community’s familiar routines. The buildings are designed with quiet living, long-term stability, and neighbourhood harmony in mind.

We understand that building height is an important concern for nearby residents. This site is governed by the Centre in the Park Area Redevelopment Plan which establishes the “Sherwood Park Mall Residential (SPMR)” zoning for the area. The proposed six-storey building aligns with the intent of the ARP and fully complies with the Land Use Bylaw and applicable zoning regulations.
